Who may receive complimentary press credentials?
The following people are eligible for media badges:
- Publishers and anyone in an editorial position with trade publications or consumer media
- Publication sales people that have exhibits or trade outs with the show
Who may receive paid press credentials?
Check here for Media Requirements. Salespeople with publications that are not exhibitors and not involved in a trade out will be charged $350 to attend until September 6. September 7 – October 14: $400. Onsite: $450. This is the same admission fee charged to manufacturers and suppliers who are not exhibitors. This policy is intended to provide a benefit to the show’s exhibitors by decreasing the number of solicitations in the aisles of the show floor.
How can I get press credentials
Do not register online. In order to receive free media credentials, you must use the Official Media Badge Application or you can call the media office at 502-562-1969 to request a form. If you register by October 1, you will receive your badge by mail. If you register after October 1, you can pick up your press credentials in the Press Center at the Ky. Exposition Center when you arrive onsite.
What are the Press Center hours?
The Press Center (Room C-111) will be open during normal operating hours of the show.

What is the official policy for photography on show floor?
Photography is allowed on show floor; however, you are required to ask exhibitors’ permission before photographing products.
Where can I get information from exhibitors about new products on display?
A list of exhibitors participating in New Products Showcase will be posted on this website in early October and will be available in the onsite directory. The show’s media office will create a dropbox for gathering exhibitors’ media information about new products, specials and promotions. A link to the dropbox will be sent to all registered media beginning in September.
